City of West Plains Announces Closure of Butler Park, Power Outage for Tomorrow, April 10th

West Plains, MO. – Those who plan to spend time with their friends, children, or other important loved ones in their life will have to include into their plans that Butler Park, 1135 W Broadway St, West Plains, will be closed as City Officials expect a high amount of work from heavy machinery during this time.

Sanders stated in the recording that the park closure should only be from the morning time to the afternoon, but with construction of the all-inclusive park still ongoing, and Spring weather making itself prominent, we should expect more closures in the future.

In addition, City of West Plains Utility Crews have planned for a power outage beginning around 9am, and will take roughly 4 hours to renew. The disconnect will take place over an area consisting of much of the North-side of K Highway within City Limits, and the Bluebird Way section South of Highway K.
