City of West Plains Announces Opening of Splash Pad, Opening Date for City Pool

West Plains, MO. – The City of West Plains has recently announced the official opening of the splash pad for the year, and has announced that the opening of the City Pool is not too far ahead.

To outline this new information, the splash pad is officially open to the public and free-of-charge, and the City Pool will be opening later this month on Memorial Day, May 27th.

Lastly, here is a reminder from the City regarding the splash pad:

Splash Pad Hours: 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily. Splash Pad use is prohibited all other times.
Splash Pad is unsupervised. Parents are responsible for supervising their children.
Please do not drink the water.
No running or disorderly behavior.
Do not sit, climb, pull, or hang on the equipment.
Children who are not toilet trained must wear swim diapers with elastic openings for the waist and legs.
No animals allowed on or near the Splash Pad.
No pool toys, floats, or chairs.
No food, drinks, tobacco products, or soaps.
No bikes, scooters, skateboards, or rollerblades.
Do not throw rocks or pebbles onto the Splash Pad.
