City of West Plains Holds Porter Wagoner Dedication Ceremony to Porter Wagoner

West Plains, MO. – This past Wednesday, August 28th, the City of West Plains held a dedication ceremony in front of the Ozark Heritage Welcome Center. This event had food, live music from Dennis “Haxaw” Bottoms, another chainsaw carving made in honor of other local figures, and even an announcement about a local “Porter Wagoner Trail” anyone can follow along with.
