City of West Plains Issues Announcement on Delay of Utility Bills

West Plains, MO. – Many within the City of West Plains have spoken up recently about an apparent lack of a utility bill being received. With all the new systems being put in place, this brings into question what will happen regarding a resident’s normal payment.

City Officials have responded with this announcement:

Because February is a short month and utility bills will start arriving on Friday, March 3, the City of West Plains would like to let their utility customers know that bill payments will be accepted without penalty through Tuesday, March 14, instead of the normal 10th of the month.

Bill payments can be made online at westplains.gov/pay-online/ or in person at City Hall between the hours of 8 am-4 pm, Monday through Friday. People can also leave payments in the drop box in front of City Hall (no cash please).
