In compliance with the recommendations of the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and State of Missouri, the West Plains Municipal Court has postponed all court proceedings for the March 19th, 26th, and April 2nd court dates.
Those matters scheduled for March 19th at 9:00 am are now scheduled for June 4th, 2020, at 9:00 am. Those matters scheduled for March 26th at 9:00 am are now scheduled for June 4th, 2020, at 1:00pm.
At this time, it is anticipated that the Court will be in session for the trials scheduled for April 9th. The Court will continue to accept fine payments as follows:
- Online at www.wpmunipay.com
- By telephone (417)372-8573.
- Via Drop Box, located in the parking lot of City Hall. Envelope should be clearly be marked “Municipal Court Payment”.
This is a developing situation, therefore this information is subject to change based upon recommendations from the CDC and State of Missouri.
