West Plains, Mo. – As we are going through the turn of a New Year, many local towns are extending opportunities for their communities to give them their opinions on local surveys. The City of West Plains in particular is looking for its citizens to participate. As it stands, only 380 or so participants have taken part, and roughly 30% of survey takers have been under 18.
