The West Plains City Council agrees to seek funding through the Community Development Block Grant Program and authorizing the mayor to pursue activities in an attempt to secure funding for roadway and stormwater improvements. The work would be focused on County Roads 4410 and 1560, as well as County Road 6460.
County Roads 4410 and 1560 were used heavily in 2017, when a historic flood submerged US Highway 63 on the north side of West Plains.
