West Plains, MO. – The next opportunity to have coffee with the mayor of West Plains is Friday morning, June 10. The public is invited to attend the fifth Coffee with the Mayor event and discuss city happenings with City of West Plains Mayor Mike Topliff at 8:00 a.m., at the West Plains Civic Center – Walnut Room.
“Some of the best ideas and conversations are had over a cup of coffee,” said Topliff. “This is an opportunity to hear directly from community members and discuss projects, plans and everyday life.”
