Kelly Slayton has been named Executive Vice President/Chief Operations Officer (COO) effective January 1, 2022 and will continue to oversee operations of the entire bank. She has 37 years of banking experience in Deposit Operations, Human Resources and Marketing. She is a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking in Madison, WI Human Resources School and their Advanced Human Resources program. Slayton has served on several Missouri Banker’s Association committees and is currently serving on their Legislative Affairs committee. She has been with Community First since 2006.
Stephanie Scheets has been promoted to Vice President of Audit & Finance effective January 1, 2022. She also serves as Internal Auditor and BSA Officer. Scheets is a graduate of the University of Missouri Columbia, the Graduate Schools of Banking in Boulder, CO and the Missouri Bankers School of Banking. She has over 27 years of bank experience.
Tammy Moore has been promoted to Vice President of Branch Operations in Mountain Grove. She is a native of Mountain Grove and has over 25 years of banking experience, the last 15 of which have been with Community First. Moore has worked in many areas of banking including Bookkeeping, Proof Operator, Teller, Customer Service Representative, Loan Processing and Deposit Operations. She has also completed numerous banking courses with the ABA & MBA.
