A February 3 date is set for a West Plains man accused of posting nude pictures of a woman on Facebook without her consent. The victim, who had a court order of protection against Matthew Asher, told police that Asher obtained the images from a private conversation between the two of them. Asher is charged with harassment, nonconsensual dissemination of private sexual images and violation of a protective order.
