Howell County Health Department reports an additional 27 cases of COVID-19 for Howell County. This brings the to date total number of cases to 5359. Of the new cases 22 live in West Plains, 2 live in Mountain View, and 3 live in Willow Springs. There have been 23,363 tested to date.
