Howell County Health Department reports an additional 31 cases of COVID-19 for Howell County (numbers include Friday, Saturday and Sunday). This brings the to date total number of cases to 5410. Of the new cases 20 live in West Plains, 4 live in Mountain View, 4 live in Willow Springs, 1 lives in Pomona, 1 lives in Caulfield, and 1 lives in Cabool. There have been 23,455 tested to date.
