Howell County Health Department reports an additional 16 cases of COVID-19 for Howell County. This brings the to date total number of cases to 5426. Of the new cases 10 live in West Plains, 3 live in Mountain View, 1 lives in Willow Springs, 1 lives in Caulfield, and 1 lives in Bakersfield. There have been 23,514 tested to date.
