Howell County Health Department reports an additional 17 cases of COVID-19 for Howell County. This brings the to date total number of cases to 5443. Of the new cases 11 live in West Plains, 4 lives in Willow Springs, 1 lives in Mountain View and 1 lives in Caulfield. There have been 23,559 tested to date.
