Howell County Health Department reports an additional 16 cases of COVID-19 for Howell County (numbers include Friday, Saturday and Sunday). This brings the to date total number of cases to 5483. Of the new cases 11 live in West Plains, 3 live in Mountain View, 1 lives in Willow Springs, and 1 lives in Pomona. There have been 23,720 tested to date.
