Howell County Health Department reports an additional 27 cases of COVID-19 for Howell County. This brings the to date total number of cases to 5170. Of the new cases 20 live in West Plains, 1 lives in Mountain View, 5 live in Willow Springs, and 1 lives in Pomona. There have been 22,982 tested to date.
