Howell County Health Department reports an additional 19 cases of COVID-19 for Howell County (numbers are for Friday). This brings the to date total number of cases to 5267. Of the new cases 15 live in West Plains, 3 live in Mountain View, and 1 lives in Bakersfield. There have been 23,085 tested to date.
