Howell County Health Department reports an additional 45 cases of COVID-19 for Howell County. This brings the to date total number of cases to 4820. Of the new cases 32 live in West Plains, 8 live in Mountain View, 2 live in Willow Springs and 3 live in Caulfield. There have been 22,526 tested to date.
