Howell County Health Department reports an additional 38 cases of COVID-19 for Howell County. This brings the to date total number of cases to 4956. Of the new cases 27 live in West Plains, 3 live in Mountain View, 3 live in Willow Springs, 2 live in Pomona, 1 lives in Caulfield, 1 lives in Peace Valley and 1 lives in Pottersville. There have been 22,764 tested to date.
