Howell County Health Department reports an additional 40 cases of COVID-19 for Howell County. This brings the to date total number of cases to 4996. Of the new cases 32 live in West Plains, 5 live in Mountain View, 1 live in Willow Springs, and 2 live in Pomona. There have been 22,808 tested to date.
