Howell County Health Department reports an additional 26 cases of COVID-19 for Howell County, of these cases 5 have been identified as breakthrough cases. The breakthrough case rate as of today for Howell County is 2.2%. This brings the to date total number of cases to 6474. Of the new cases 18 live in West Plains, 2 live in Willow Springs, 3 live in Caulfield, 2 live in Pomona and 1 lives in Pottersville. There have been 26,790 tested to date.
