Howell County Health Department reports an additional 17 cases of COVID-19 for Howell County, of these cases 5 have been identified as breakthrough cases. The breakthrough case rate as of today for Howell County is 2.4%. This brings the total number of cases to date to 6664. Of the new cases 14 live in West Plains, and 3 live in Willow Springs. There have been 27,168 tested to date. The total number of COVID-19 deaths for Howell County is 145.
