COVID-19 update for Dec. 7, 2021: 51 new cases in Howell County

Howell County Health Department reports an additional 51 cases of COVID-19 for Howell County, of these cases 8 have been identified as breakthrough cases (numbers include Saturday, Sunday and Monday; correction for yesterday’s report that the numbers were only for Thursday and Friday). The breakthrough case rate as of today for Howell County is 2.3%. This brings the to date total number of cases to 6597. Of the new cases 35 live in West Plains, 2 live in Willow Springs, 6 live in Mountain View, 5 live in Pomona, 1 lives in Peace Valley, 1 lives in Caulfield and 1 lives in Moody. There have been 26,956 tested to date.
