Howell County Health Department reports an additional 26 cases of COVID-19 for Howell County, of these cases 3 have been identified as breakthrough cases. The known breakthrough case rate as of today for Howell County is 5.7%. This brings the total number of cases to date to 9514. Of the new cases 18 live in West Plains, 3 live in Willow Springs, 2 live in Mountain View, 1 lives in Pottersville, 1 lives in Pomona and 1 lives in Peace Valley. There have been 29,127 tested to date.
