Howell County Health Department reports an additional 17 cases of COVID-19 for Howell County, of these cases 4 have been identified as breakthrough cases. The known breakthrough case rate as of today for Howell County is 5.8%. This brings the total number of cases to date to 9551. Of the new cases 9 live in West Plains, 3 live in Willow Springs, 2 live in Mountain View, 1 lives in Caulfield, 1 lives in Pomona and 1 lives in Koshkonong. There have been 29,210 tested to date.
