Howell County Health Department reports an additional 50 cases of COVID-19 for Howell County, of these cases 16 have been identified as breakthrough cases. The breakthrough case rate as of today for Howell County is 3.8%. This brings the total number of cases to date to 7340. Of the new cases 39 live in West Plains, 2 live in Willow Springs, 6 lives in Mountain View, 2 live in Moody, and 1 lives Pottersville. There have been 27,992 tested to date.
