COVID-19 Update for Jan. 28, 2022: 100 New Cases for Howell County

Howell County Health Department reports an additional 100 cases of COVID-19 for Howell County.  Due to the high volume of COVID-19 cases identified within the county we are temporarily putting breakthrough case numbers & percentage data on hold. When the agency has the ability to complete the investigations on the newly identified cases reporting will resume.  This brings the total number of cases to date to 9009.  Of the new cases 70 live in West Plains, 12 live in Willow Springs, 10 live in Mountain View, 2 live in Pomona, 1 lives in Pottersville, 1 lives in Peace Valley, 1 lives in Caulfield, 1 lives in Moody, 1 lives in Dora and 1 lives in Koshkonong.  There have been 28,646 tested to date.

This week, there have been 581 new cases of COVID-19 reported in Howell County and one new COVID-related death.
