COVID-19 update for Jan. 7, 2022: 60 new cases in Howell Co.

Howell County Health Department reports an additional 60 cases of COVID-19 for Howell County, of these cases 20 have been identified as breakthrough cases. The breakthrough case rate as of today for Howell County is 3.3%. This brings the total number of cases to date to 7150. Of the new cases 41 live in West Plains, 4 live in Willow Springs, 6 lives in Mountain View, 7 live in Pomona, 1 lives in Caulfield and 1 lives in Pottersville. There have been 27,729 tested to date.

The first week of January 2022 ends with 240 new cases of COVID-19 reported and 3 COVID-related deaths for Howell County.
