Howell County Health Department reports an additional 45 cases of COVID-19 for Howell County. This brings the to date total number of cases to 4137. Of the new cases 27 live in West Plains, 5 live in Mountain View, 8 live in Willow Springs, 2 live in Caulfield, and 3 live in Pomona. There have been 21,493 tested to date.
