Howell County Health Department reports an additional 41 cases of COVID-19 for Howell County. This brings the to date total number of cases to 4507. Of the new cases 26 live in West Plains, 5 live in Mountain View, 5 live in Willow Springs, 4 live in Caulfield and 1 lives in Moody. There have been 22,017 tested to date.
