Howell County Health Department reports an additional 12 cases of COVID-19 for Howell County, of these cases 1 has been identified as a breakthrough case. The breakthrough case rate as of today for Howell County is 1.8%. This brings the to date total number of cases to 6169. Of the new cases 8 live in West Plains, 3 live in Mountain View, and 1 lives in Willow Springs. There have been 26,232 tested to date.
