Howell County Health Department reports an additional 19 cases of COVID-19 for Howell County, of these cases 3 have been identified as breakthrough cases. The breakthrough case rate as of today for Howell County is 1.9%. This brings the to date total number of cases to 6188. Of the new cases 11 live in West Plains, 4 lives in Mountain View, 1 lives in Caulfield, 1 lives in Pomona, 1 lives in Moody and 1 lives in Koshkonong. There have been 26,248 tested to date.
