Howell County Health Department reports an additional 18 cases of COVID-19 for Howell County, of these cases 6 have been identified as breakthrough cases. The breakthrough case rate as of today for Howell County is 1.9%. This brings the to date total number of cases to 6219. Of the new cases 10 live in West Plains, 3 live in Willow Springs, 1 lives in Mountain View, 2 live in Pomona, 1 lives in Pottersville and 1 lives in Moody. There have been 26,392 tested to date.
