Howell County Health Department reports an additional 15 cases of COVID-19 for Howell County, of these cases 3 have been identified as breakthrough cases. The breakthrough case rate as of today for Howell County is 2.1%. This brings the to date total number of cases to 6331. Of the new cases 11 live in West Plains, 1 lives in Mountain View, and 3 live in Peace Valley. There have been 26,596 tested to date.
