Howell County Health Department reports an additional 10 cases of COVID-19 for Howell County, of these cases 1 has been identified as a breakthrough case. The breakthrough case rate as of today for Howell County is 1.8 %. This brings the to date total number of cases to 6059. Of the new cases 8 live in West Plains, 1 lives in Mountain View, and 1 lives in Caulfield. There have been 25,707 tested to date.
