Howell County Health Department reports an additional 23 cases of COVID-19 for Howell County. This brings the to date total number of cases to 5526. Of the new cases 14 live in West Plains, 3 live in Mountain View, 2 live in Willow Springs, 2 live in Pomona and 2 live in Caulfield. There have been 23,836 tested to date.
