Howell County Health Department reports an additional 17 cases of COVID-19 for Howell County, of these cases 2 have been identified as a breakthrough case. This brings the to date total number of cases to 5640. Of the new cases 13 live in West Plains, 3 live in Willow Springs, and 1 lives in Pomona. There have been 24,225 tested to date.
