Howell County Health Department reports an additional 20 cases of COVID-19 for Howell County, of these cases 1 has been identified as a breakthrough case. This brings the to date total number of cases to 5709. Of the new cases 11 live in West Plains, 8 live in Willow Springs, and 1 lives in Caulfield. There have been 24,375 tested to date.
