Howell County Health Department reports an additional 11 cases of COVID-19 for Howell County, of these cases 3 have been identified as breakthrough cases. The breakthrough case rate as of today for Howell County is 1.6 %. This brings the to date total number of cases to 5720. Of the new cases 7 live in West Plains, and 4 live in Willow Springs. There have been 24,459 tested to date.
