Howell County Health Department reports an additional 18 cases of COVID-19 for Howell County, of these cases 2 have been identified as breakthrough cases. The breakthrough case rate as of today for Howell County is 1.5 %. This brings the to date total number of cases to 5783. Of the new cases 11 live in West Plains, 6 live in Willow Springs, and 1 lives in Mountain View. There have been 24,740 tested to date.
