COVID-19 update for Sept. 23, 2021: 12 new cases in Howell County

West Plains, MO – Howell County Health Department reports an additional 12 cases of COVID-19 for Howell County, of these cases 3 have been identified as breakthrough cases.  The breakthrough case rate as of today for Howell County is 1.6 %.  This brings the to date total number of cases to 5806.  Of the new cases 7 live in West Plains, 1 lives in Willow Springs, 3 live in Mountain View and 1 lives in Caulfield.  There have been 24,821 tested to date.
