Howell County Health Department reports an additional 24 cases of COVID-19 for Howell County, of these 1 has been identified as a breakthrough case. This brings the to date total number of cases to 5615. Of the new cases 19 live in West Plains, 3 live in Mountain View, 1 lives in Pomona and 1 lives in Peace Valley. There have been 24,107 tested to date.
