Howell County Health Department reports an additional 8 cases of COVID-19 for Howell County, of these cases 2 have been identified as a breakthrough case. This brings the to date total number of cases to 5623. Of the new cases 2 live in West Plains, 2 live in Willow Springs, 1 lives in Mountain View, 2 live in Pomona and 1 lives in Caulfield. There have been 24,166 tested to date.
