A Flippin woman was killed Friday night in a single‑vehicle crash on Highway 178 in rural Marion County.
According to the Arkansas State Police, the crash happened at 9:55 p.m. on May 29. Troopers say a 2019 Chrysler Pacifica was traveling eastbound when it left the roadway while negotiating a left curve. The vehicle struck multiple trees and overturned.

The driver, 42‑year‑old Rikki Leha Jones of Flippin, was pronounced dead at the scene. No other injuries were reported.
Weather was cloudy and the roadway was wet at the time of the crash.
