West Plains, MO. – Traffic was slowed Monday afternoon following a two-vehicle crash on Porter Wagoner Blvd in West Plains.
Unconfirmed reports state the crash was a hit-and-run. Emergency medical services responded to the scene. The crash occurred sometime shortly before 4:30 p.m. near the intersection with Ransom Road.
