The Howell County Health Department reports that an additional 36 cases of COVID-19 have been identified in the county. This brings the year-to-date total number of cases to 2,813. Of the new cases: 30 reside in West Plains, two live in Willow Springs, two live in Mountain View, one lives in Caulfield, and one lives in Koshkonong. There have been 15,357 tested to date.
