Cabool, MO. – A teenager from the West Plains area was seriously injured after striking a deer, the Missouri State Highway Patrol reports.
Reading the crash report, the injured teen was identified as Paul Dugan, 19. He was operating a Honda motorcycle before striking a deer on US 63 around 3 miles north of Cabool. His serious injuries then led to his transport to Texas County Memorial Hospital in Houston for treatment.
The date and time of this crash was Sunday, March 24th at 1:25am. Dugan was northbound when he struck the animal in the roadway.
The investigating officer on the scene of this crash was Trooper T.L. Sullivan of the MSHP, Troop G.
