Details on Chicken Wing Making Competition for KCBS BBQ Festival Announced

West Plains, MO. – Give Local First, the non-profit organization branch of Ozark Marketing, recently released details on a Chicken Wing Making Competition to take place during the Kansas City Barbecue festival in May, and they’re excited to see what participants bring to the table.

This event will have a cash prize for 1st and 2nd place entries, as well as one for People’s Choice. The date and time will be May 17th at 6pm at the Heart of the Ozarks Fairgrounds in West Plains.

Cooking for this contest must take place on-site, and any form of cooking is accepted to compete, with 30 wings provided for cooking. Cost to compete is $25, and those interested in being a judge can sign up for the “People’s Choice” segment, which will cost $20.
