A Doniphan driver was injured yesterday night after an overturn crash off Missouri Highway 142.
The driver in this accident, identified in the report as Hayle Ritchey, a 29-year-old Doniphan resident, was driving northbound on Highway 142 in a Lincoln Continental Town Car. Ritchey was driving while intoxicated and travelled off the roadway at 11:02 p.m. The vehicle overturned as a part of the accident and was totaled.
Ritchey was inflicted with moderate injuries but was wearing her safety device. She was taken to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center for treatment.
Richey is facing multiple arrest charges, including Driving While Intoxicated, Driving While Revoked, No Insurance, Failure to Display Valid Plates, and Failure to Drive on the Right Half of the Roadway.
