Doniphan, MO. – A man from Doniphan, MO. is facing two felony charges after a crash that occurred on Tuesday, September 12th.
A Toyota Tundra was being driven by 34-year-old Darren Vosberg, who was travelling Westbound on Highway 142. Roughly 5 miles East of Doniphan, at around 2:55pm, Vosberg crossed the center of the roadway and struck a Dodge Charger driven by 71-year-old Doniphan resident, Sonja Knowlton.
Sonja Knowlton was inflicted with minor injuries and was taken to Poplar Bluff Regional for treatment.
Vosberg was found to be intoxicated at the time of the accident and is now facing two felony charges. They include a Felony count of DWI, and a Felony count of No Insurance.
Investigation on this accident was performed by Sergeant J.A. Wilson of the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Troop E.
